——3月23日虎鲸会大盘数据播报：&#x20;

稳定币供应量与交易所数据显示，#BTC #ETH 抛压走平，稳定币交易所无流入迹象，供应量略抬头。ETF依然是净流出状态，但流出速度在放缓。&#x20;

期权数据表明， #BTC #ETH 盘面依然没有反转的迹象， #ETH 在未来恢复上升周期的时间更晚一些。

&#x20;\#BTC #ETH 合约持仓量略有降低，清杠杆的力度不够大，资金费率继续回落，多头的力量并不明显。

短期支撑位 62680&#x20;

短期压力位 67284&#x20;

中期支撑位 57777&#x20;

中期压力位 73135

<mark style="color:red;">**择时的重要性：**</mark>

选币，是为了找到未来"大概率能涨"的币种

而你选好币后，除非它一路跌到底，不然择时就是重中之重

也就是什么时机买入，什么时机卖出的问题

我们大部分人不是叫择时而是叫择价。

我买入和卖出的时候很少看价格。而是<mark style="color:red;">**看时机对不对**</mark>

时机对的原因就是它还有上涨的可能性，时机不对的原因就是它失去了上涨的可能性。

我说几种错误的心态，这几种错误的心态谁都会有，包括我也会有，因为这是人性。

"现在刚涨过一波，我等它跌一跌我再进。" 这个逻辑上有什么问题？

这句话的前提是现在刚涨过一波，所以我觉得他比较贵，所以我觉得他应该便宜一些，我再买。

而我们真正的买入逻辑应该是什么？<mark style="color:red;">**它未来会不会涨**</mark>

它未来会不会涨，和什么有关？和它过去涨没涨过，其实没有必然关系

但是一旦有K线逻辑，就会被这种可恶的心理所主导，后来发现，根本就是越涨越高，没有你进场的机会

择时是什么呢？就是它未来会涨，那么在合适的时机，我觉得离这个"未来"不是太近也不是太远，而这个"未来"我大概能确定是什么事情会发生，或者是什么时间点

在择时的时候，并不仅仅是选择进场时机，而是将出场条件和时机一起选择了

当"未来会涨"的预期越来越确定的时候，你就可以越来越大胆建仓，就可以按预期的风险盈亏比打入子弹

当"未来会涨"的预期已经到了，成为了事实，有些人会陷入一种恐慌，我会不会卖飞只要我一卖，它就开始真正的暴涨，这样的心理导致卖出的决定极其困难

<mark style="color:red;">**卖出的逻辑，应该是匹配买入的逻辑**</mark>

买入的时候，"未来会涨"是依据什么事实，这个事实是不是已经发生，如果发生了

你这边就失去了"未来会涨"的依据，那么你就没有任何持币的逻辑存在

这时候应该怎么办，无脑卖。卖飞怎么办，卖了后暴涨，将你狠狠甩下车了，大腿拍断对不起，这不是你认知内的钱，已经和你无关

因为你认知当中"未来会涨"的理由已经实现的时候，除非你有新的逻辑，否则其他都涨跌都已经在你认知外了

所以<mark style="color:red;">**提升自己认知才是关键**</mark>，而不是天天去问这个那个大神，带带我，梭哪个？卖不卖？说老实话，大神也很焦虑，臣妾也想知道啊！
