——3月30日虎鲸会大盘数据播报：

链上数据显示，大盘托盘力量持续走平， #BTC #ETH 抛压较轻，多空力量都没有向上的苗头。ETF多头数据也在衰落。盘面呈现一片无力上冲或下调的微震荡走势。

\#BTC #ETH 的微弱震荡大约要持续一周，然后再进入强震荡的走势，向上破局的时间会比预想的要长很多。 #ETH 震荡后可能还会短期走一个下行回调才能有上冲的力量。

&#x20;\#BTC #ETH 合约持仓量与前高持平，而资金费率和借贷利率显示多头的力量略有回落。

回答：<mark style="color:red;">**长期持有人**</mark>是已经拥有BTC>155天，他们的行为跟市场是反着来的。<mark style="color:red;">**短期持有者**</mark>是拥有BTC<155天，行为跟市场长正比。

当BTC价格持续上涨，但是指标没有没有跟着变化的话，代表短期持有者的成长率降低，而长期持有者没法跟上。

<mark style="color:red;">**币龄产生的hold波**</mark>用来追踪从上一次BTC波浪后总共持有时间。BTC从它上一次买卖开始算，底部的黄代表了近期交易，越往上越深的颜色代表了已经多久没被交易过的BTC。左边%代表了总共多少BTC被交易，如果黄接近顶部，代表这一牛市快结束了。
